RETURN CONDITIONS
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights",
( https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/1023-12 ) flowers are not subject to return. Since flowers are perishable goods, it is almost impossible to return them to the seller without losing their appearance, as required by law.
In our online store, we allow the exchange of selected products for others. We understand that there are different situations, so we always try to find an understanding. The main goal of our company is satisfaction with our services, so we ask you to inspect them immediately upon receiving flowers from the online store "Luxury Flowers", and if you find a defect, notify our managers who will help solve this problem.
WHAT PROBLEMS MAY ARISE:

More than 10% of the appearance of the bouquet was damaged during transportation.

The recipient is in another city or country (we are also considering the option of rescheduling the shipment to another day).

Availability of the selected items (in this case, we contact the customer and offer alternative items, taking into account the selected composition and price, in case of rejection of the alternative product, we refund the money).

Quality of flowers (this complaint can be received within 3 hours after receipt, as we are not responsible for how exactly the flowers were stored at the recipient's place (were they immediately put in water, removed the packaging, followed the rules of the permissible temperature regime).
IMPORTANTLY:

All questions regarding the quality and appearance of the bouquet must be resolved within 3 hours of receiving your order.

The conclusion on the return or replacement of the goods depends on your providing strong evidence "on time", namely photos and videos of defects and comments on the order.

In case of a complaint, contact the phone number indicated on our website. After receiving it, our managers will contact you.

Consideration of the complaint may be stopped if the customer does not respond to the message for more than 2 days. And also when no photo/video confirmation of the order defect was provided.
